Our Commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality in-home therapy to adults, seniors, and children across the Phoenix West Valley. Every therapist on our team is fully licensed and brings hands-on clinical experience to every session. We work in coordination with families, physicians, and care teams to deliver care that is medically necessary and outcome-driven.

Our team includes:

• Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)

Kayla leads AVOLA Therapy's clinical operations. With experience spanning pediatric and adult populations, she brings expertise in plagiocephaly, torticollis, visual perceptual difficulties, and functional rehabilitation. Her journey from COTA to OT reflects her deep commitment to the profession.

Medicare-Enrolled Provider

AVOLA Therapy is a Medicare-enrolled provider. We meet the federal standards required to deliver therapy services under the Medicare program, giving our patients confidence in the quality and compliance of their care.

We are also an approved vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and hold Home and Community Based Services certification. This allows us to provide qualified therapy services for eligible members in the home and community settings they rely on every day.
